Who we are: Uncomplicated Marketing ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Irvine, California. These terms cover your use of this website and the forms on it. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using this site: You may read, link to and share what's here. You may not copy the site, its text, illustrations or videos for commercial use without asking, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Not medical advice: Nothing on this site is medical advice. We are a marketing company. Guides and glossary entries explain marketing and general terminology; they are not a substitute for a clinician, a lawyer or a regulatory specialist, and we don't warrant them for any particular use.
Example videos: The example videos on this site are demonstrations of the kind of creator content we produce. The people, businesses and results shown are illustrative, not client testimonials, and don't represent results any client has achieved.
Forms and the free consultation: When you submit a form, you're asking us to contact you about our services, and we will, by email or phone. The consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may decline to work with anyone, and you may stop the conversation at any time.
No guarantees: Marketing results depend on your product, your market, your budget and things neither of us control. Nothing on this site promises a specific number of leads, customers, bookings or revenue.
Intellectual property: The site, its design, text, illustrations and videos belong to us or our licensors. Client work product is covered by the client agreement.
Liability: To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for anything connected to the site is limited to $100.
Privacy: How we handle what you send us is in our privacy policy.
Changes and law: We may update these terms; the date below is the current version. California law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Orange County, California.
