Plastic surgery marketing that brings the cases you want

Sound familiar?
A board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach has a beautiful website: a gallery, a list of procedures, a photo of the office. That's the marketing content. A 38-year-old mother researching a mommy makeover at midnight wants to know what recovery is like day by day, what it costs, whether there's financing, and what the consult will feel like. The site answers none of it. She reads a competitor's page that does.
The right people never quite find him. The ads run on his name, not the procedure. His consult requests come by phone during office hours, and the midnight researcher books whoever had a button. Nothing on the site makes her curious enough to pick him over the two others in her tabs.
She did come in once, in March, and went quiet. Nobody followed up, because the coordinator was busy and it felt pushy. In September she booked with the surgeon whose emails kept arriving. Reviews are scattered across four sites, half-maintained. He has no idea which ad or page produced last year's best cases. The surgery was never the problem. The pipeline was, because there wasn't one.

The pain points
Where the pipeline is broken today.
- 01
The site is a gallery. Nothing explains recovery, cost, financing or the consult.
- 02
Ads run on the surgeon's name; the patient searches by procedure and city and finds someone else.
- 03
Nothing answers her questions, so nothing makes her choose you over the other two tabs.
- 04
Consults are booked by phone in office hours; the midnight decision goes to whoever had a button.
- 05
Post-consult, silence. The six-month decision is made with whoever stayed in touch.
- 06
Reviews scattered across four sites, results unknown, financing hidden.
- 07
Every year's best cases are a mystery, so every year starts from zero.
The solution: our marketing pipeline
The same seven-step pipeline, built for this problem.
Questions people search
Answered plainly.
- What does plastic surgery marketing cost?
- A flat monthly fee for the pipeline, and the ad budget is separate and yours. For one surgeon going after two or three procedures, a few hundred dollars a day in search and Meta is a normal start. One case pays for a quarter of it.
- Do you handle before-and-after photos?
- Yes, with written consent on file for each one, sorted by procedure and by the things patients actually search, like age range and body type.
- How do you follow up without being pushy?
- A sequence written in the surgeon's voice that answers the question she'll have at each stage: week two, month one, month three. Helpful, not salesy. It stops the moment she books.
- Can you work with our existing website?
- Usually. We add the procedure pages, booking and tracking to it. If the site can't do the job, we build a new one and tell you why.
- Do you work outside Orange County?
- Yes. The ads are drawn around your office wherever it is, and most of the work is remote.
