Med spa marketing: how Orange County med spas get booked
A practical med spa marketing plan for Irvine, Newport Beach and Orange County: one treatment, one page, creator videos of the visit, a booking funnel, and the numbers to watch.

Orange County has more med spas per square mile than almost anywhere in the country, which means the customer has choices and the treatments are commodities. Botox is Botox. What isn't a commodity is how understandable, how visible and how easy to book your spa is. That's the whole marketing job.
Lead with one treatment
A med spa menu has forty items. A campaign should have one. Pick the treatment with the best margin and the clearest before-and-after story, build the campaign around it, and let the front desk upsell the rest. One treatment means one landing page, one set of creator videos and one number to measure.
Show the visit, not the logo
The person considering a treatment has two fears: will it hurt, and will it look natural. Nothing addresses that like a real client walking in, sitting down, getting the treatment and showing the result a week later. Creator videos of the visit are the single best asset a med spa can own. Film the parking lot, the room, the provider, the process, the check-out. Make it boring in the way that makes it believable.
The booking page
The landing page for the treatment has: the treatment name, who it's for, what it costs, what happens during the visit, three real results, the provider's face and credentials, and a booking button that goes straight to the calendar. No menu, no navigation, no "about us." One page, one action.
Where the traffic comes from
- Creator videos as ads on Instagram and TikTok, targeted within twenty minutes of the spa.
- Google for "botox Irvine", "laser hair removal Newport Beach" and the rest. A page per treatment per city is how you show up.
- Existing clients through a simple text or email offer. The cheapest booking you will ever get is from someone who already came once.
The numbers
Cost per booking, show rate, average ticket, rebooking rate. A campaign that produces bookings at a third of the average ticket is working. Track it weekly, by ad and by creator, and move budget toward what's working.
