Landing pages and funnels for health and wellness: the anatomy of a page that converts
The section-by-section structure of a health and wellness landing page, the funnel behind it, and the conversion numbers to expect for clinics, practices and products.

A homepage is for everyone, which means it converts no one. A landing page is for one person with one problem arriving from one ad, and it has one job. In health and wellness, where the customer is nervous and the product is complicated, the landing page is where most of the money is made or lost.
The sections, in order
- The promise. One sentence, outcome first, matching the ad they clicked.
- Who it's for. Two lines. The reader should think "that's me."
- What happens. The visit, the routine, the process. Pictures or a 30-second video. Removes fear.
- Proof. Results, reviews, creator videos, credentials. Real faces.
- The answer to the objection. Does it hurt, is it safe, how much, how long. Say it before they ask.
- The offer and the action. Price or consult, one button, straight to the calendar or cart.
- The guarantee or the safety net. Cancellation, refund, "talk to a person."
No navigation. No menu. No links away. The only exits are the button and the back button.
The funnel behind the page
Ad or creator video → landing page → booking or checkout → confirmation → reminder → show or delivery → follow-up → review or reorder. Each arrow is a conversion rate. Instrument every one. The step that's broken is rarely the ad; it's usually confirmation-to-show or first-order-to-second.
What good looks like
Consult bookings from paid social at 5 to 15 percent of page visitors is a healthy range for clinics. Product pages from creator ads converting at 2 to 5 percent is normal; 8 percent with a strong offer. Show rates above 70 percent with a reminder sequence. If you're far below those, the page or the follow-up is the problem, not the traffic.
Speed and phones
Almost every visitor from a creator video is on a phone. The page has to load in under two seconds, the button has to be thumb-reachable, the form has to be three fields. We build every page phone-first and test it on a real device before a dollar is spent.
