Group practice and behavioral health marketing: filling every clinician's caseload, not just the founder's
Marketing for group therapy practices and behavioral health clinics: a page per clinician, intake that routes the right client to the right therapist, specialty pages, referral outreach, the intake-speed problem, and the numbers that show which clinician needs clients.

In a group practice the founder is full and the newest clinician has Tuesdays open. Marketing that only says "we're a great practice" fills the founder. This is how a group practice markets every clinician, routes each client to the right one, and keeps intake from being the bottleneck.
A page per clinician
Each therapist gets a real page: who they help, how they work, their availability, a real photo, and sixty seconds on camera if they're willing. People choose a person. A grid of headshots is a directory; a page is a decision. The newest clinician's page says "accepting new clients this month" in the first line.
A page per specialty, pointing to the right people
Anxiety, couples, teens, trauma, each its own page, each listing the two or three clinicians who do that work and have room. The specialty page ranks; the clinician page converts.
Intake is the product
A group practice loses more clients at intake than anywhere else. The fix: a consult booked online in a minute, a short matching question ("what brings you in, in a sentence, and video or in person") that routes to the right clinician, and a reply from a human within a business day. Track the time from request to first session; under a week is the goal.
Referral outreach that runs itself
Physicians, pediatricians, schools, employers, attorneys, other practices. A monthly note with who has openings and what they help with, automated, answered by a person. Referrers love a practice that can say yes this week.
The map and the directories
One Google Business Profile for the practice, accurate, with reviews about the experience. Directory profiles for each clinician, all pointing to the clinician's page on your site.
Ads by clinician, not by practice
If a clinician has openings, a small search campaign on their specialty plus city, landing on their page. Turn it off when they're full. Budget follows openings.
The numbers that run the practice
Openings by clinician. Consult requests by specialty. Request-to-first-session time. Consults that became clients. Source of each client. A weekly glance tells you whose page needs traffic and whose intake needs help.
Compliance and calm
HIPAA-friendly tools throughout, no health information collected on the site beyond routing, follow-up that never references the reason for reaching out.
