Botox marketing: how to fill a tox schedule and keep it full every twelve weeks

Botox marketing for med spas and injectors: the treatment page that names a price, search and Meta ads that pass review, the injector on camera, deposits, and the twelve-week rebooking system that makes tox a subscription.

Tox is the best business in a med spa: a patient who's happy comes back every twelve weeks for years. It's also the most competitive search in the county. Winning it is less about the ad and more about the page, the injector, and the reminder.

The page names a price

People search "botox cost" and "botox price near me". The page that says a number, per unit and for a typical area, wins the click and the trust. It also answers: does it hurt (a little, briefly), how long does it last (three to four months), when will I see it (a few days, full at two weeks), what if I don't like it (it wears off). Then the injector's ninety-second video and a booking button with a deposit.

Botox vs the other brands, in plain words

An answer page: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, what's the same, what's different, why your injector prefers what she prefers. Honest, short, hers. This page ranks and gets quoted.

Ads that get approved

Search ads on "botox" plus city, pointing at the tox page. Meta ads with the injector explaining, or a real patient at her two-week check. No "erase your wrinkles", no before-and-afters that promise. Say what happens: "most people see the full result in two weeks and it lasts about three months."

The first visit is a relationship, not a sale

A conservative first treatment, a two-week check by text with a photo request, a touch-up if needed. The patient who feels looked after at week two is the patient who comes back at week twelve.

The twelve-week system

Week ten: "It's about time for your usual, want the same slot?" with a one-tap link. Week twelve: a second note if she hasn't booked. After visit two: the membership offer, a monthly amount that covers her units at a better price. This turns tox from a treatment into a subscription, and it's the whole point.

Reviews and referrals

Two hours after a good visit, a text asking for a Google review with the link. After visit three, a "bring a friend" credit. Tox patients bring tox patients.

What to measure

New tox patients per month, rebooking rate at twelve weeks, members. If rebooking is under sixty percent, fix the reminder before spending more on ads.
